HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

STEP 1: SUBMIT REQUEST

STEP 2: RECEIVE APPROVAL

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

STEP 3: SHIP ITEMS BACK

Package the items securely in their original condition with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation.

STEP 4: GET REFUND/EXCHANGE

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

REFUND INFORMATION

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS

EXCHANGES

We gladly offer exchanges for items in different sizes, subject to availability in our current collections. If your preferred exchange item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead. Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
